About the Role

Cheer Home Care Aide provides compassionate non‑medical home care services to the elderly and disabled in San Diego North County, Carlsbad. You will support clients with companionship, daily living activities, transportation, and light housekeeping to help them maintain a comfortable and fulfilling life at home.

Hourly Pay Rate: $20 - $23 per hour with 4 hours of overtime pay included.

Shifts:

Mon‑Sunday 7 am‑7 pm, plus Tuesdays and Thursdays: NOC 7 am‑7 pm. Flexible full‑time or part‑time opportunities are available.

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, personal hygiene, and light meal preparation.
• Provide transportation services to clients for medical appointments.
• Offer specialized care for dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and hospice patients.
• Deliver hourly and 24/7 care as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and organization.

• Experience assisting with ADLs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Preferred certifications: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED (not required).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive clients; mileage reimbursement available.
• Cell phone with internet access.

• Hourly rate $20–$23 based on experience, certifications, and vehicle access.
