Poway, CA and surrounding areas. Pay: $20.50-$23.00 per hour (based on experience and dependability).

Schedule:

Flexible — Full-Time, Part-Time, Day, Evening, and Weekend Shifts Available.

• Provide one-on-one in-home care and companionship to seniors
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Support clients with mobility and medication reminders
• Engage clients in conversation and meaningful activities
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Follow individualized care plans and communicate updates to our team

• 6+ months of caregiving experience (professional or personal) preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
• Ability to lift or assist with mobility as needed
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Must pass a background check
• Passion for supporting seniors and helping families
