Lead FANS

Job Description

Lead of front line staff to ensure the efficient daily operation of patient and cafeteria food service. Leads assigned area quality, timeliness, immediate staffing issues. Requires ability to speak and read English at a sufficient level. Knowledge of standard office equipment and personal computer software skills (MS Windows, Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, internet, e-mail) is required. Performs other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $21.00 - $28.35 per hour.

• Minimum Education:
  
  High School Diploma and/or combination of education and experience.
• Preferred Education:
  
  Associate's Degree in nutrition, food service management.
• Minimum Experience:
  
  1 - 3 years healthcare food service.
• Preferred Experience:
  
  1 - 2 years healthcare food service management.
• Required Certification:
  Valid food handler card issued by a San Diego county authorized food handler training school.
• Preferred Certification:
  Not Applicable.
• Required License:
  Not Applicable.
• Preferred License:
  Valid Driver's License.
