Huntington Manor and House in Poway, plus Villa Bernardo in Escondido. This full-time role offers a base salary of $85,000–$95,000, plus a performance bonus of up to $10,000 annually.
You will oversee daily operations, staffing, budgets, ensure care quality, and maintain compliance with CDSS Title 22 and related requirements. Travel between Poway and Escondido is required.
