Pay Range

Valley Metals, an AEROFLOW TECHNOLOGIES company, is searching for a Shipping and Receiving/Quality employee within our manufacturing team to help support our Aerospace business.

• Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy against packing slips, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Unload, label, and store incoming materials in designated locations.
• Notify appropriate personnel of discrepancies or damages.
• Prepare, pack, and label products for shipment according to customer specifications and shipping guidelines.
• Create shipping documentation, including bills of lading and shipping labels.
• Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments and receipts in the inventory management system.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts to ensure accuracy and report variances.
• Ensure all outgoing and incoming products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Report and address any non-conformance issues promptly.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Strong organizational skills, ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, and commitment to high‑quality standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Spanish is a plus.
• High level of attention to detail and numerically oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds.

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM;
Full-time, 40 hours per week

Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Paid Time Off

HS Diploma or GED required. Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing environment. Minimum 2 years’ experience in shipping and receiving.
