We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp‑up rate during your first 60 days. Employees accrue paid time off each pay period at no less than 40 hours per year in the first year and 80 hours thereafter. Minimum paid sick leave is provided as required by state law.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods (November–December).
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University training program within two weeks of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense and will be followed by ongoing online and computer‑based training throughout employment.
