Team Qualifications (Requirements):

- Fluent in English
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Able to pass criminal background check
- Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
- Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently
- Desire to continually learn new things
Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform high-level water mitigation, board-up, mold remediation, and demolition services according to Paul Davis and industry standards under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
- Focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized truck and all company equipment.
- Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as necessary.
- Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when needed.
- Support and assist other team members and lead when necessary.
