• Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
• Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently

Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):

• Perform high-level water mitigation, board-up, mold remediation, and demolition services according to Paul Davis and industry standards under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
• Focus on providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized truck and all company equipment.
• Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as necessary.
• Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when needed.
• Support and assist other team members and lead when necessary.
