Position Overview:

The Head Coach will be responsible for the overall management of the flag football program. This includes developing training plans, coaching during practices and meets, and promoting a positive team environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flag football, coaching experience, and a commitment to student‑athlete development.

• Design and implement training programs.
• Lead daily practices and coach at games.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and competitive team culture.
• Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school administration.
• Monitor and promote the academic and personal growth of student‑athletes.
• Organize and oversee team events, fundraising, and community service initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all school and league policies.
• Manage all program administrative requirements.
