The Poway Unified School District is seeking applications for the fall season 2026 for a Girls Flag Football Head Coaching position at Del Norte High School.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head Coach to lead our team.
Position Overview:
The Head Coach will be responsible for the overall management of the flag football program. This includes developing training plans, coaching during practices and meets, and promoting a positive team environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flag football, coaching experience, and a commitment to student‑athlete development.
- Design and implement training programs.
- Lead daily practices and coach at games.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and competitive team culture.
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school administration.
- Monitor and promote the academic and personal growth of student‑athletes.
- Organize and oversee team events, fundraising, and community service initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all school and league policies.
- Manage all program administrative requirements.
