Assistant Manager responsible for stock management, order processing, inventory, equipment maintenance, delivery and customer communication.

• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Operate all equipment.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Deliver product by car to customer door; deliver flyers and door hangers.

• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle available for delivery.
• Must pass a background check and have open availability.

Orientation and training provided on the job.

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Ability to train and lead.

• Accurate and quick arithmetic; make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination for rapid and accurate movements.
• Ability to enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Maintain cost controls.
• Navigation skills to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area.

• Exposure to varying weather, temperature changes, food odors, cornmeal dust.
• Physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing and bending.
• Driving within designated delivery area.
