Salary Range: $27.00 - $29.75 Hourly
Position SummaryThe Warehouse and Returns Coordinator is responsible for the accurate handling, movement and documentation of materials within the facility. Works closely with Shipping and Logistics, record of inventory returns, investigation and communication with Field Engineers, as well as assuring appropriate inventory control and work order processes in the warehouse.
Essential Functions- Comply with established company policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety and environmental standards.
- Accept deliveries, freight, Fed Ex along with other shipping vendors.
- Oversee field services returns and verify for accuracy and enter business system and to process work orders accordingly.
- Process/file documentation.
- Transport material to appropriate destinations.
- Transact material movement on business computer system.
- Transport material using appropriate equipment (ie: forklift, pallet jack, etc.).
- Place material in appropriate single stock location.
- Stocking, Receiving and Shipping functions.
- Monitor material storage locations by visual review and compare quantities with system inventories to ensure accurate stock quantities.
- Identifies potential shortages, record inventory adjustments, on the business computer system and/or in the inventory adjustment logs and review corrective actions.
- Issue and transact material movement on business computer system.
- Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, in service meetings and workshops.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse, stocking, or inventory control environments.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid US Driver's License.
- Proficiency with QAD or similar ERP systems as well as Microsoft Office Suite.

Work is performed in a warehouse.
Administrative tasks in a semi-quiet office environment.
Physical DemandsOn a continuous basis, sit at desk for a long period of time; intermittently answer telephone and write or use a keyboard to communicate through written means. Some walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. may be required. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
