General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) is a world leader in remotely piloted aircraft and tactical reconnaissance radars. The Stock Clerk supports warehouse operations, managing inventory of equipment, materials, and supplies.

• Receive, verify, and record incoming manufactured items and purchased goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using computer systems or hard copy logs.
• Prepare and package items for shipping, including labeling and documentation.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish supplies, and manage space according to guidelines for temperature, humidity, weight, and floor loading.
• Generate routine and ad hoc electronic and hard copy reports on inventory status.
• Investigate and report inventory shortages, overages, or discrepancies.
• Assist with laboratory material organization, including restocking, labeling, and equipment calibration support.
• Provide basic computer support to engineering staff, coordinating with ITS for PC repairs.
• Offer direction and support to less experienced staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies in all operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education may substitute for work experience.
• Two or more years of experience in a shipping/receiving and inventory control environment.
• In-depth understanding of stock room and inventory control practices in a large stock room environment.
• Proficiency with office and specialized inventory/stock control software to track and record inventory levels.
• Strong ability to set priorities and address routine and non‑routine issues with discretion.
• Experience handling material with material handling equipment and interfacing with all levels of employees and customers.
• Willingness to work extended hours as required.
