Contract / Pilot-Based. Time Commitment:
Part-time, session-based (5 weeks). Must reside within driving distance of 30127 (Powder Springs, GA). Date Range:
January 28, 2026 - March 13, 2026. On-site:
Wednesday and Thursdays 2:00 PM-4:00 PM; remaining hours remote.

Hours:

8–10 hours per week. Mileage will be reimbursed.

The Pilot Experience Facilitator is responsible for executing a pilot for an education technology platform. This role exists to stress-test the program’s clarity, repeatability, and scalability.

• Facilitate student-centered pilot sessions using the provided curriculum.
• Follow session timing, pacing, and instructions as documented.
• Create a calm, structured environment for students.
• Ask clarification questions aloud when something is unclear.
• Manage transitions, activities, and student flow.
• Capture real‑time observations on: where students get confused.
• Capture real‑time observations on: where instructions feel implicit or unclear.
• Capture real‑time observations on: where you feel tempted to improvise.
• Participate in post-session debriefs with supporting team members.
• Submit brief written feedback after each session.

• Has experience working with K-12 students (educator, instructional aide, program coordinator, youth facilitator).
• Is comfortable following structure and scripts precisely.
• Can notice and articulate friction points clearly.
• Is calm, grounded, and observant.
