Responsibilities include: Managing and overseeing all operational aspects of a Papa John’s restaurant, ensuring proper planning, forecasting, and systems are in place, and making quality decisions. The role also involves ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices.
This position oversees all operational aspects of a Papa John’s restaurant, including executing all Operations Manager duties when that position is unfilled. Managers and staff report directly to the General Manager or Operations Manager depending on availability.
