Job DescriptionThe Quality Associate is responsible for conducting routine tests and inspections on products, assisting the Quality Assurance Manager with data collection. The technician performs capability studies, first‑piece inspections & records results, as well as assisting with ISO compliance and training. The Quality Technician participates in special projects as needed and works with other departments to ensure a quality product.
Qualifications- Associate’s degree or commensurate experience in a related field required
- Strong analytical skills required
- Ability to work well both independently and with a team
- Blueprint reading skills strongly preferred
- ERP knowledge required
- Experience operating Faro equipment, CAD/CAM experience and tooling design experience preferred
- Previous experience with CNC/Press Brake/Oxy‑Fuel machining and welding strongly preferred
- PPAP/APQP experience also preferred
