Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is offering a 12-month RN Residency Program beginning February or March 2027 for new graduate nurses. The program combines precepted orientation with blended learning, mentorship and peer support to bridge from student to professional nurse.
Residents will rotate across Medical/Surgical, Transplant, Cardiac Progressive Care, Critical Care, ED, OR and more, developing clinical judgment, communication and teamwork to improve quality and safety in care delivery.
