Role Overview
This position is for an experienced Emergency Nurse within a float pool team, providing vital patient-centered care across multiple facilities in fast-paced ED settings.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, triage, treat, and evaluate patients;
- administer medications and interventions;
- collaborate with healthcare teams;
- respond to critical situations;
- educate patients and families;
- maintain accurate documentation.
Minimum 2+ years of recent ED RN experience; active RN license (Georgia or Compact); BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications; PALS preferred; TNCC or ATCN certification a plus. Strong critical thinking, adaptability, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure are essential.
