Complete inspections and sort materials that are able to be re-processed
Review defective material
Complete calibrations and visual quality assurance assessments
Coordinate with quality assurance team for customer and supplier claims
Assist with quality audits
Qualifications
Knowledge of divisional machining processes and capabilities
Knowledge of divisional manufactured parts & customer base Experience working with stainless steel materials and processing preferred
Knowledge of gage calibration systems and gage calibrations
High level of attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent1+ year of experience on Company production floor or a similar environment
You should be proficient in:
Quality Inspection Experience Advanced Inspection & Gauge Measurement Blueprint Reading Machines & technologies you'll use:
Measurement Gauges Calipers and Micrometers
