Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join the Intensive Care Unit at qathet General Hospital. This role engages nurses to provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients, as well as to those in post-operative recovery. You'll work closely with an emergency response team and enhance patient quality of life by collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients of all ages

• Stabilize multi-trauma victims in emergency situations

• Collaborate with healthcare team members in patient care

• Maintain and enhance clinical competence

• Participate in hospital committees and approved research projects

Requirements:

• Current BCCNM registration as a Registered Nurse

• Completion of critical care nursing program or relevant experience

• In-depth knowledge of nursing theory and client-centered care

• Strong assessment and communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to manage trauma in emergency settings
