In this role, you will provide essential nursing functions for clients with chronic conditions, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care under the guidance of Registered Nurses. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care for patients in complex settings

• Work alongside interdisciplinary healthcare teams

• Documentation and evaluation of client care outcomes

• Collaborate with RNs on complex patient needs

• Engage effectively with clients and their families

Requirements:

• Completion of a recognized Practical Nurse program

• Current LPN registration with the BC College of Nurses

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Physical capability to fulfill nursing responsibilities

• Proven organizational skills
