Position: Clinical Care Coordinator for Patients
Manage patient care as a Clinical Care Coordinator/Educator (RN) focusing on Labour and Delivery. Provide leadership, create educational resources, and ensure efficient patient flow.

In this role, you will coordinate activities specific to patient care while enhancing educational offerings for both staff and patients. Your responsibilities will include acting as a clinical resource and engaging with healthcare professionals to promote family-centered care. Supporting the administrative aspect of staffing ensures optimal use of care resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient care activities with designated staff

• Ensure efficient patient access across clinical units

• Provide leadership in training and development

• Develop and assess educational programs for staff

• Assist in managing staffing and scheduling needs

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with current BCCNM registration

• Minimum three years of relevant nursing experience

• One year of supervisory experience required

• Teaching or facilitation experience of at least one year

• Strong understanding of nursing policies and procedures
