Our client, a leading retail organization, is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their team. As an Assistant Manager and Floor Lead, you will be part of the retail operations supporting the store team. .

What's the Job?

• Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations and staff management
• Help with store merchandising, shelf stocking, and processing shipments
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues
• Train, coach, and develop employees to ensure high performance
• Perform cash management, store opening, and closing duties as needed

• Ideally, two (2) years’ experience in the retail industry
• Ideally, two (2) years in a supervisory or management role
• Open availability required (day, evening, weekend)
• Ability to organize time efficiently and manage priorities effectively
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
