Serve customers as a part time Cashier in Powell River/qathet Regional District, following and supporting store operations. Weekend availability is required.
This Cashier role includes customer service, store cleanliness, stocking, and liquor order unloading as needed. You will work two shifts per week, plus sick coverage and holidays. The schedule runs open to close on weekends, with potential for more work for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:- Follow all required identification procedures
- Serve customers throughout scheduled store shifts
- Keep the store clean and stocked
- Help unload liquor orders as needed
- Provide two shifts weekly, sick coverage, and holiday coverage
- Be reliable during scheduled working hours
- Be at least 19 years old
- Have or obtain Serving It Right certification
- Lift and bend as required
- Work weekends from open to close, independently or with others
