Position: Compassionate HomeShare Provider Needed
Become a vital part of the community as a Home Share Provider in Powell River. This full-time role focuses on offering a supportive environment for adults with disabilities.

Inclusion Powell River is seeking dedicated Home Share Providers to open their homes and share lives with persons with developmental disabilities. This role requires building trusting relationships and supporting individuals 24/7. Your efforts promote independence and personal growth while ensuring a safe and nurturing environment where residents feel comfortable and connected to their community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a welcoming and supportive home environment

• Encourage independence and personal growth in residents

• Follow support plans related to individual needs

• Develop trusting relationships with individuals and families

• Offer 24/7 support and care when needed

Requirements:

• Basic First Aid certification (renewable every 3 years)

• Clean Criminal Record Check (renewable every 5 years)

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

• Clean driving record and personal vehicle

• Appropriate insurance for your vehicle
