As a Truck Driver IV, you will play a crucial role in public transportation. Your responsibilities include fare collection, assisting wheelchair users, and maintaining the bus interior. A strong dedication to safety and professionalism is essential while driving in accordance with regulations and promptly addressing any hazards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate City transit vehicles on scheduled routes

• Collect and verify fares from passengers

• Assist seniors and passengers with mobility challenges

• Maintain cleanliness of the bus interior and exterior

• Report hazards and follow safety procedures

Requirements:

• High School (Grade 12) education

• Valid B.C. Class 2 Driver’s License with Air Endorsement

• Three months of experience driving a Class II vehicle

• WHMIS certificate

• Strong customer service skills for public interaction
