• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record; comfortable driving rental vehicles, including U-Haul moving trucks, when required.
• Able to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
• Basic knowledge of tools and minor repairs/maintenance
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to work independently and manage tasks without constant direction
• Reliable, efficient and self-motivated
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Warehouse, inventory, maintenance, delivery or similar hands-on experience is an asset
• Flexible availability is an asset

• Organize and maintain warehouse and storage areas
• Receive deliveries and properly store incoming inventory
• Manage event rental inventory, including checking, counting and organizing returned items
• Load, unload and move equipment, supplies and rentals
• Assist with pickups and deliveries
• Complete basic maintenance and handy-person tasks, such as installing shelving and minor repairs
• Keep warehouse spaces clean, organized and functional
• Identify and implement more efficient storage and organization solutions
• Assist with event setup, takedown and transportation as needed
• Support other operational projects as required
• We are looking for a practical, organized and self-motivated person to support our warehouse, events and general operations.
• This is a hands-on role that would be a great fit for a jack-of-all-trades type of person — someone who enjoys keeping things organized, knows their way around basic tools, can problem-solve on the fly and is comfortable with physical work.
