Automotive Technician

Locations: Columbus, OH;
Dublin, OH;
Plain City, OH; (additional locations available).

Salary Range: $60,000 – $120,000 (varies by location).

• Perform line technician services including routine inspections, maintenance, and system diagnostics.
• Diagnose and resolve vehicle problems with brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Conduct wheel alignments and tire installations.
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
• Report safety issues immediately to management and promote teamwork for accurate guest care.
• Maintain strict adherence to company policies on vehicle care and operation.
• Perform manual tasks requiring light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting for extended periods.

• Operating hours vary by location: stores may open 7 days a week, including weekends and selected holidays.

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and minimum age of 18.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Commitment to learning new technologies in the automotive industry.
• Ability to analyze information, identify problems, and make decisions.
• Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ase Certification.
• Previous experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests.
• Experience with electrical, air conditioning, and primary/advanced fuel ignition systems.
