G (10 months) is a happy, curious little girl who loves smiling, connecting with others, and exploring the world around her. Her mom is looking for an experienced, engaging nanny who enjoys the magic of the infant stage and knows how to encourage development through reading, music, sensory play, tummy time, and age-appropriate outings. Above all, she hopes to find someone who will make G (10months) feel safe, loved, and supported while creating a fun, enriching daily routine.

Mom works from home and values a nanny who is warm, dependable, communicative, and confident working independently. This position is especially well suited to someone who enjoys balancing attentive childcare with meaningful household support. When G (10months) is home, the focus will be on providing loving care, planning activities, getting outside for fresh air, and supporting her development. The family also has a friendly 11-year-old Yorkie-Poodle who needs fresh food and water each day.

When G (10months) is spending time with her dad, the family would love someone who can shift into a family assistant role and independently help keep the household organized and running efficiently. Responsibilities may include grocery shopping, errands and returns, laundry, organizing closets and drawers, restocking household supplies, tidying spaces, and general household organization. The ideal candidate naturally notices what needs to be done, takes ownership of tasks, and enjoys creating a more organized, manageable home for the family without needing constant direction.

The family is looking for a proactive, resourceful partner who can provide meaningful support whether or not G (10months) is home. Occasional transportation may also be needed for short trips to visit G (10months) father or grandparents, who live just down the street.

The schedule varies throughout the week, and the family’s recent sample schedule totals approximately 26 hours. However, they are guaranteeing a minimum of 32 hours per week, with the opportunity to guarantee 40 hours for the right candidate—particularly someone who is excited to provide additional family assistant support. The extra guaranteed hours can be used for household projects, errands, organizing, and other tasks that help the home run smoothly, even when G (10months) is with her dad.

Some flexibility is important as the family’s parenting schedule may evolve, but Mom will provide as much advance notice as possible.
