We are growing! Fred Astaire Dance Studios is excited to be adding to our team of professional instructors. We are currently hiring for a Performing Arts Specialist. Whether you have years of dance experience or none at all, you could have a successful future with us! As a high-energy, customer-focused instructor, you will conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week. You and your Fred Astaire team will help students reach their personal dance goals through many different ways—from a single event to a lifelong journey of dance growth. You will have a unique opportunity to enrich people’s lives every day and work closely with people from all walks of life.
We maintain regular studio hours throughout the week; however, we host many events that take place on some weekday evenings and some weekends as well which you will need and want to attend with your students.

Responsibilities
- Be self-motivated and enthusiastic and maintain a 100% passion for dance.
- Provide outstanding customer service and foster positive student relationships.
- Teach and guide students of various ages in private and group settings.
- Attend and assist with events and performances outside regular class times as needed.
- Collaborate with the studio team to support student growth and program delivery.
- Maintain physical fitness and endurance to perform duties effectively.
- Be open to coaching and feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Successful professional with a strong passion for dance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with students of all ages.
- Commitment to excellence and accountability; a team player who is supportive of others.
- Ability to stay positive and adaptable in a dynamic studio environment.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
