Position Overview

We are hiring a full‑time Dance Instructor who will conduct private and group lessons throughout the week, help students reach their personal dance goals, and contribute to the vibrant energy of our studios. This role is customer‑focused, energetic, and rewards your efforts with flexible pay and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

As a high energy, customer‑focused instructor, you will:

  • Deliver private and group dance classes to students of all ages.
  • Help students reach their personal dance goals through various activities, from single events to lifelong growth.
  • Participate in weekend and weekday evening events as required.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and encouragement to advance student progress.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive classroom environment that reflects our core values.
