• Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required; or
• State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) required; or
• One year of caregiving experience under the supervision of a licensed nurse required
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License required
• Reliable transportation required
• Proof of auto insurance required
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50lbs
