• Medical Practice Representative serves as a primary contact/link between office and all outside parties. Performs duties such as scheduling appointments, entering patient demographics into system, filing and maintaining patient medical records.

  Monday–Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

• Welcome patients
• Register patients
• Gather insurance, check demographics
• Soft collections
• Answer incoming calls
• EPIC usage

• Education:
  
  High school graduate or equivalent
• Licensure / Certification: N/A
• Experience:
  
  One to two years of medical office experience preferred
• Experience answering multiline telephone system preferred
• Basic computer skills required
