The Bar Lead will be a charismatic and creatively driven individual, one who leads the beverage program at our rooftop bar—a space where seasonal ingredients meet visual flair, and each cocktail tells a story. You’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day bar operations, crafting an innovative menu, and shaping an unforgettable guest experience through flavor, design, and hospitality.

• Craft & Serve Cocktails:
  Prepare classic and signature drinks with consistency, artistry, and attention to detail
• Guest Experience & Atmosphere:
  Deliver warm, attentive service that makes every guest feel like a VIP
• Ensure every drink is Instagram-worthy and every interaction feels tailored
• Monitor guest feedback and adjust offerings to enhance satisfaction and excitement
• Set the tone for ambiance and service that aligns with the seasonal theme
• Storytelling:
  Share knowledge of our cocktail menu, seasonal ingredients, and lounge concept to enhance the guest journey
• Efficiency & Cleanliness:
  Maintain a clean, organized bar that meets health and safety standards, even in high-volume service
• Collaboration:
  
  Work seamlessly with fellow bartenders, servers, and management to create a smooth, memorable guest experience
• Upselling & Pairing:
  Recommend cocktails, spirits, and small plates that align with guest preferences and the lounge’s seasonal theme

• 2+ years bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale venue
• Deep understanding of spirits, cocktail history, wine, beer and current trends
• A passion for mixology, seasonal ingredients, and presentation.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and seasonal programming
• Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift 50 pounds

• Experience with branding, marketing, or event curation
• Flair for visually stunning garnishes and presentation
• Comfort with bar technologies (POS systems, inventory software)
• Interest in incorporating sustainable or locally sourced practices
