CDL-A Driver Stops

We’re hiring reliable CDL-A drivers for a dedicated Dollar Tree regional account based in Marengo, OH. This lane offers consistent freight, predictable routing, and weekly home time with solid pay and long-term stability.

• Regional, multi-stop routes
• Driver hand unloads freight onto roller racks
• 1–5 stops per trailer
• 3–4 loads per week
• Non-seasonal, steady freight year-round

• $1,750–$1,850 weekly (based on experience)
• CPM up to $1.39 for new drivers on the account
• Annual CPM increases up to $1.41 CPM
• $1,200 weekly guarantee for first 60 days
• $10 per stop Safe Stop bonus (approx. $600–$800 paid quarterly)

• Home weekly for a 34–48 hour reset
• Start Sunday or Monday
• Routed home after the 3rd load of the week
• Weekends off not guaranteed

• 53’ Dry Van trailers
• Freightliner & International trucks
• Manual and automatic transmissions
• Approximately 50% of trucks with APU
• Assigned trucks – take truck home

Drivers must live within:

• 50 miles of Cincinnati, OH
• 50 miles of Columbus, OH
• 75 miles of Damascus, OH (Cleveland area)

• OH, MI, IN, KY, PA, WV, MD, NY, VT

• 2-week training program (based on experience)
• $240 per day during training
