Secondary School near Stockport | September 2026 – December 2026

Are you a passionate Art & Design teacher looking for an exciting opportunity this September?

A welcoming and highly regarded secondary school near Stockport is seeking an enthusiastic Teacher of Art & Design to join their creative department for the first term of the 2026/27 academic year. This is a part-time position, offering the chance to work in a supportive school with excellent facilities and a fantastic learning environment.

Whether you're an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to begin your teaching career in a nurturing setting or an experienced teacher seeking a flexible opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

Teaching Art & Design across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Part-time position for the Autumn Term (September – December 2026).
Deliver engaging, creative lessons that inspire students to develop their artistic skills and confidence.
Join a friendly and supportive department committed to high-quality teaching and learning.

The Ideal Candidate

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Passionate about Art & Design and inspiring young people.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Suitable for both ECTs and experienced teachers.
