The successful candidate will be involved in organising and coordinating activities tailored to individual needs and group activities that foster community among residents. This includes themed events based on local holidays and traditions, and booking external suppliers to provide entertainment. You will contribute to planning a varied and stimulating activity programme to enhance the quality of life for residents, maintain written records of participation, and review resident needs.
You will also maintain information about available activities within the Home and in the local community and participate in fundraising events as required.
