Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a caring and supportive relationship with the client.
- Provide health care support including personal care, medication administration, nutrition and moving and handling, following instructions from senior team members.
- Be available to take part in the on-call rota when required.
- Provide social and emotional support within the home and assist the client to access the community and attend local activities.
We are looking for an individual who is reliable, trustworthy, kind, and caring. You must be able to work as part of a team and have the ability to use your own initiative.
Candidates with a driver’s license and access to personal transportation are preferred. No prior experience is necessary, as we offer a comprehensive training program.
Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be female. This role is exempt from gender discrimination legislation.
You will be required to work flexibly, and working hours may include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Enthusiasm for taking part in various indoor and outdoor activities with the client is expected.
This position involves working on an ad hoc basis to cover holidays and sickness as needed. Shifts may vary and can include daytime and evening hours.
