We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead the launch and ongoing development of a new domiciliary care branch in Poynton. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the service from day one, building a high-performing team, establishing a strong local presence, and delivering outstanding person-centred care within the community.
You'll take full operational responsibility for the branch, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations while driving business growth, service quality, and operational excellence.
About the Role- Lead the launch and development of a new domiciliary care branch
- Hold CQC registration and ensure compliance from day one
- Recruit, develop, and manage a team of care professionals
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to clients living in their own homes
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and the local community
- Drive growth in care hours and establish a strong local reputation
- Take full responsibility for branch performance, quality, compliance, and operational excellence
- Foster a positive, supportive culture focused on exceptional care delivery
- Previous management experience within domiciliary or home care
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Commercial awareness with the ability to grow a successful service
- Passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care
- Up to £40,000 basic salary
