About Our Agency
"I opened my State Farm agency in January 2021 after working for another agent in Springfield for three years. I’m an Illinois College grad with majors in History, Communications, and Spanish, and I live here with my wife, Ashley, our two kids, and our pets, Ella and Rufus. Our office has a “work hard, play hard” culture so it’s not uncommon for us to watch sports or grab lunch together, but at the end of the day, we’re all focused on growing the business and taking care of our customers.

My mission is simple I take care of my team so my team can take care of our customers. I’m looking for someone who’s hungry to learn, humble enough to work well with others, emotionally smart, and gritty enough to push through challenges with a positive attitude."

ROLE DESCRIPTION
"As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Alec Bartz - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
