Birthday Party Team Member

Birthday Party Instructor (Part-Time)

Life’s too short to not work somewhere AWESOME.

Do you love being the life of the party? Thrive in high-energy environments? Know how to keep kids engaged and make parents feel taken care of?

At The Little Gym, we don’t just host birthday parties—we create Awesome Birthday Bash experiences that families remember forever. We’re looking for an energetic, organized, and outgoing team member to lead and host weekend birthday parties.

Part-time weekends:

• Saturdays: 1:00–5:30 PM
• Sundays: 11:30 AM–4:00 PM
• Hours are based on party bookings, so shifts can vary from week to week.
• This is not a seasonal or summer-only position. We're looking for team members who are excited to grow with us and become a long-term part of our amazing community.

• Lead high-energy, structured birthday parties for children of all ages
• Run games, activities, and gym time while keeping kids engaged and having fun
• Take charge of the full party experience—from start to finish
• Create a smooth, stress-free experience for parents (they’re here to celebrate—we handle the rest!)
• Adapt to different group sizes, personalities, and energy levels
• Support set-up, transitions, and clean-up to ensure parties run seamlessly

You’re not just “helping” at a party—you’re running the show. From leading games in the gym to guiding the flow of the party, you’re responsible for creating an experience that feels organized, exciting, and completely stress-free for families.

• Love working with kids and have BIG, positive energy
• Are confident leading groups and speaking in front of both kids and adults
• Can stay organized and keep things running smoothly—even in busy moments
• Think quick on your feet and adapt when things don’t go exactly as planned
• Are dependable, professional, and a strong team player

• Hosting, entertainment, or events
• Teaching, coaching, or childcare
• Dance, gymnastics, cheer, or performance-based activities

• Every shift feels like a celebration
• You’ll build confidence in leadership, communication, and organization
• Be part of a fun, supportive, high-energy team
• A fast-paced role where time flies
• The chance to create meaningful, memorable experiences for families

• $15 - $18 /hour (based on experience)
• Employee discounts
• Free uniforms
• Training & development
• Opportunities for advancement

For over 40 years, The Little Gym has helped millions of children grow stronger, more confident, and ready for life’s adventures. Our Awesome Birthday Bash parties are a big part of that—bringing families together for fun, celebration, and unforgettable memories.

You could work anywhere… or you could spend your weekends leading parties, making kids laugh, and creating unforgettable celebrations.
