Hope Healing Counseling & Consulting offers counseling that provides Clinical Excellence, Compassionate, Spirit-filled Care, and is Biblically Informed. We offer in-person counseling at our office in Prairie Village, KS, and online counseling in Kansas and Missouri.

To compassionately discover and nurture the hidden glory of Christ within every human, guiding them toward healing, wholeness, and the living hope found in Him (Colossians 1:27).

To awaken hearts to the hope of His calling through counseling and training that honors the dignity and worth of every human – seeking to recover what was lost, binding up the brokenhearted, setting the captives free, and embracing the Father’s heart (Ephesians 1:18; Is. 61:1-3).

Are you a counselor who wants to join a Christian counseling private practice?

Hope Healing Counseling is seeking a pre-licensed or licensed therapist to join in our mission and vision.

Pre-licensed counselors will be offered supervision, and mentorship is available to licensed therapists.

Dr. Elijah Lee has been in private practice for 8 years, providing faith-based counseling to the KC-Metro community. He is also the program director and an associate professor in the MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Huntington University. As Dr. Lee practices from an attachment-based experiential/psychodynamic approach, those who are pursuing these modalities may be a good fit.

You will have access to a shared, fully furnished office space with a waiting room and clinical supervision provided (if needed). Hope Healing provides clinically excellent, Biblically informed, Spirit-filled, compassionate care to adults in Kansas and Missouri.

• MA in Counseling, preferably from a CACREP-accredited program
• Strong desire to integrate faith into counseling (some experience is good)
• Licensure eligible or licensed as an LPC in KS (PLPC may be considered; however, the office is located in Kansas)
• Aligned to Vision/Mission
• Entrepreneurial spirit – counselors will be active in contributing to the vision/mission of the company through marketing and actively building caseloads(s)
• Compensation depending on experience and license status
• "Full-Time" Case Load depends on the needs of each counselor
• The company manages taxes for W-2 Employees
• W-2 employees are paid for both clinical and non-clinical hours
• Office space and mentorship/supervision
