Specifically, we are interested in candidates for our Kansas City, MO location to litigate in a variety of practice areas, including product liability, toxic tort, class-action and mass tort, and medical malpractice.

• Overall case management experience, including drafting critical motions, developing written discovery, taking and defending depositions, and participating in court proceedings.
• Trial and appellate experience (valued).
• Excellent academic credentials and immaculate presentation skills.
• Strong relationships with the firm’s existing client base and an entrepreneurial spirit to pursue new opportunities in expanding practice areas.

The anticipated salary will range between $110,000 and $160,000, commensurate with the candidate’s background and years of experience. Other income opportunities include the availability of discretionary profit-sharing contributions, typically made on an annual basis, and a merit-based discretionary bonus.
