Position: Forwarding Management Administrator  )
Experteer Overview In this role you coordinate international air export shipments to ensure timely, compliant execution. You will work with cross‑functional teams to optimize routing, manage documentation, and monitor shipments using our systems. You contribute to operational excellence and customer satisfaction as part of CEVA’s air export operations. This position offers a hybrid setup in Prato and a chance to grow within a global logistics environment.

You will help shape efficient processes and support sustainable growth through continuous improvement.

Responsibilities Coordinate shipment planning and routing for international air exports to optimize execution

Prepare and manage documentation (invoices, packing lists, transport documents) ensuring regulatory compliance

Monitor shipments and update data in the transport management system; communicate with stakeholders

Validate and process invoicing; issue invoices to customers

Prepare operational reports and provide feedback to ensure quality and standards

Collaborate with team to resolve operational issues and ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards

Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role within logistics and transportation

Strong knowledge of international shipping processes and related documentation

Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Good command of English, written and spoken
