Job Overview

You are a key frontline member assisting financial advisors and clients. Your responsibilities include client account support, administrative tasks, and service excellence. The BOA role supports a team of financial advisors, ensuring clients have an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist financial advisors with account opening, transfers, and other client requests.
  • Schedule appointments, prepare meeting materials, and manage correspondence.
  • Support marketing initiatives and update SOPs.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with firm policies.
