Aufgaben gebiet- Örtliche Bauleitung und Koordination der am Bau beteiligten Unternehmen
- Steuerung und Überwachung der Bauausführung von der Realisierung bis zur Übergabe
- Sicherstellung einer fachgerechten, wirtschaftlichen und qualitativ hochwertigen Ausführung
- Aktive Baustellenpräsenz und Koordination aller Beteiligten während der Ausführungsphase
- Prüfung von Unternehmerrechnungen sowie Übergabe der Baudokumentation
- Abschluss als Dipl. Bauleiterin HFP oder Dipl. Technikerin HF-Bauplanung oder einer adäquaten Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Bau- oder Projektleiter
* in, vorzugsweise aus dem Industrie-, Tief- oder Hochbau in der Schweiz - Erfahrungen in der Baukostenplanung, Kalkulation, Terminplanung, Vertragsmanagement, und Ausschreibungen (Devisierung)
- Vertrautheit mit branchenüblichen Softwarepaketen für das Baumanagement (Messerli BAUAD, MS-Office, MS-Project)
- Fachkenntnisse über Bauprodukte, Konstruktionsdetails und relevante Regeln, Vorschriften und Qualitätsstandards
