DeineAufgaben :
- Du betreust und pflegst unsere Kundinnen und Kunden ganzheitlich in ihrem vertrauten Zuhause.
- Du unterstützt das Pflegeteam aktiv und bringst deine Ideen und Erfahrungen ein.
- Auch hauswirtschaftliche Aufgaben übernimmst du gerne und mit Sorgfalt.
- Du arbeitest selbständig und bist gleichzeitig Teil eines interdisziplinären Teams.
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegehelfer/in SRK oder einen vom OdASanté anerkannten Pflegehilfekurs-Freude an selbständiger Arbeit und am kollegialen Austausch im Team-Offenheit, Flexibilität und Einfühlungsvermögen-Eine wertschätzende und klare Kommunikation-Führerausweis Kategorie B sowie ein eigenes Auto
