Teller Retail Banker

Join us as a Teller Retail Banker at Woodforest National Bank in Prattville, Alabama. This full‑time position is part of our branch banking team.

• Achieve individual sales by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services beneficial to customers.
• Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance.
• Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of automated teller machines.
• Employ problem‑solving skills to address customer inquiries and/or concerns in a manner consistent with the Woodforest Experience training.

  Little to no overnight travel; occasional coverage of nearby branches up to 45 miles.

• 1 year of relevant and transferable sales and/or customer service experience, or an equivalent amount of directly related college education or volunteer service.
• Previous in‑store banking experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be positive and engaging.
