We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations, ensuring adherence to our standards of Legendary Food and Service. If you are an experienced Restaurant Manager passionate about guest experience and kitchen operations, apply today!
Responsibilities- Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- Review applications, interview, and recommend or make hiring decisions for hourly staff
- Set work hours, create weekly schedules, and assign tasks before, during, and after restaurant hours
- Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- Train and schedule Front of House and Back of House staff
- Supervise food production and preparation according to recipes and procedures
- Conduct formal line Taste & Temps
- Enforce security measures to ensure safety of employees and guests
- Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs through weekly inventory
- Practice safe food handling procedures
- Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with our core values and operational goals
