Esler Companies | Renewal by Andersen – America’s leading replacement window and door company – is hiring an Event Marketing Representative to attend community events on weekends, including fairs, festivals, and home shows. The role involves speaking with homeowners about their projects and introducing them to our industry‑leading products and services.

Ideal for those seeking a part‑time or entry‑level position, this role offers paid training, flexible hours, and a rewarding chance to make a difference in the community.

• Greet and engage homeowners with friendly conversation.
• Listen to homeowners’ needs and share helpful information.
• Invite attendees to a giveaway and schedule consultations with our sales team.
• Assist with setup and takedown of display materials (up to 30 lbs).
