- Yavapai Regional Medical Group is in need of an Orthopedic Non-Operative Sports Medicine Physician in Prescott, AZ.

• Joining a group of two providers - One Sports Medicine Orthopedic Surgeon and a PA.
• Reason for open position:
  Expansion of the practice.
• Population Group:
  Medicare, Commercial 50/50.
• Projected Volumes: 20-25 pt/day
• Outpatient? Yes
• Inpatient? No
• Consults? No
• Typical week (i.e., hours worked, hospital vs. clinic, % academic): 100% clinic, 1.0 FTE 40 hrs/wk.
• Procedures - Office procedures only (injections)
• No call
• Additional practice details:
  Provider will see sports med patients that do not need surgery. Provider can be trained to see concussions and refer ortho patients to Dr Chun if intervention is needed.

• MD/DO
• Fellowship Training and American Board Certification in Non-operative Sports Medicine
• Must have or be eligible for Arizona state medical license
• Acceptable completion of an ACGME accredited residency program with current ABMS board certification
• 0-5 years experience working with team sports, Division I collegiate experience highly desirable
• Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals
• Strong interpersonal and communication ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Ability to make quick, informed decisions in high-pressure situations
